Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Fleet Services Coordinator II in Kansas City, MO to support mobile and on-site fleet maintenance. You will manage follow-up maintenance from origination to technician hand-off, document in Cox Fleet systems, and deliver excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and building positive relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Strong Excel and data-entry skills; ability to learn Cox Fleet IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until the customer unit is in custody of the repair technician.
• Document accurately in Cox Fleet systems for every customer contact.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by phone and email.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services to be performed.
• Proactively contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance and drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians and maintain a positive customer experience.
