You will work with field operations to assign technicians, schedule preventive maintenance, and document interactions in Cox Fleet systems. Strong organization, Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

• Encourage proactive maintenance scheduling to drive repeat business.
• Support ongoing development of dispatching and service scheduling capabilities.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
