Job summary

Cox Fleet, headquartered in Indianapolis, is hiring a Lead Fleet Services Coordinator to support growth. You will manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to custody by the repair technician, coordinating with field operations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and Excel skills to maintain documentation and schedule preventative maintenance, while building positive relationships with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in a related field, HS diploma or higher with alternative qualifications accepted.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact at all organizational levels.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and trusted partner to teammates.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Excel and data entry; able to learn Cox Fleet IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing the maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to custody by repair technicians.
• Overseeing projects and exercising judgment on complex issues with limited supervision.
• Documenting customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Providing excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and maintain a positive customer rapport.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to allocate technicians and drive repeat business.
• Develop and improve dispatching and service scheduling capabilities.
