Job summary

Cox Fleet in Detroit, MI is hiring a Lead Fleet Services Coordinator to support growth. Cox Fleet is a leading on-site mobile maintenance and repair provider, serving fleets nationwide with 20+ service centers.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 7 years related experience (or equivalent combinations).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry; able to learn Cox Fleet IT Systems.
• Knowledge of the trucking/fleet maintenance industry is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to custody of the repair technician.
• Oversee assigned projects as needed.
• Provide timely documentation in Cox Fleet systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians and maintain a steady workflow.
• Encourage proactive scheduling to drive repeat business.
• Develop and improve dispatching and service scheduling capabilities.
