Job summary

Cox Fleet, headquartered in Indianapolis, is seeking a Fleet Client Services Specialist II to support our growing maintenance services. You will manage the end-to-end maintenance transactions, document interactions, and deliver professional customer service to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Field Operations, scheduling preventive maintenance, and building a reliable technician workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience accepted.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to customer custody of the repair technician.
• Document all customer communications accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Build professional rapport with customers and partners.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians.
• Encourage proactive scheduling to maintain a steady workflow for technicians.
• Support dispatching and service scheduling improvements.
