Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with 5–9 years in related field, or an equivalent combo with more experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to collaborate across the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair custody.
• Oversee assigned projects with limited supervision.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teams to ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Schedule proactive maintenance to drive repeat business and pipeline.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians to accounts.
• Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance.
• Develop and improve dispatching and service scheduling capabilities.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
