Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; equivalent combinations with relevant experience considered.
• 7+ years in a related field; or 5+ years with higher degree/certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Cox Fleet IT Systems and scheduling tools.
• Experience with fleet maintenance or transportation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to repair completion.
• Oversee assigned projects with limited supervision and exercise sound judgment.
• Document customer contacts accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business and optimize technician pipelines.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians to accounts.
