Job summary

Cox Fleet in Indianapolis is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support billing, scheduling, and customer coordination for on-site fleet services. You will manage the lifecycle of maintenance transactions and ensure accurate documentation across Cox Fleet IT systems.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable service and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process in all markets in area.
• Manage the follow up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until the customer unit is in control/custody of the repair technician.
• Timely and accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems regarding each customer contact.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services to be performed.
• Proactively contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance at regular intervals.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians for accounts, ensuring positive customer experience.
• Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance to create a steady workflow.
• Develop and improve dispatching and service scheduling capabilities.
• Additional duties and special projects as assigned.
