Job summary

Cox Fleet, a leading fleet maintenance provider, is hiring a Fleet Client Services Specialist II. The role focuses on managing maintenance transactions, coordinating with repair technicians, and delivering exceptional customer service across internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate should be experienced in data entry, scheduling, and multi-task prioritization, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with Field Operations. Location: Aurora, CO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years’ related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trusted partnerships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry; able to learn new platforms such as FSCA IT Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to custody by repair technicians.
• Document and note customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external contacts.
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services.
• Schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians.
• Encourage proactive scheduling to create a steady pipeline of work.
• Continuously improve Dispatching and Service Scheduling capabilities.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
