Job summary

Cox is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support the company's growth. This role involves managing maintenance transactions, providing excellent customer service, and scheduling repairs for fleet vehicles.

Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field, or another combination of education and experience. The compensation ranges from $18.17 to $27.31 per hour, plus eligibility for additional incentives.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a related field, or a degree with up to 1 year experience.
• Common knowledge of the trucking industry, fleet maintenance experience helpful.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance transactions from origination to custody.
• Document interactions in Cox Fleet systems accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service for all calls.
• Proactively contact customers for maintenance scheduling.
• Partner with Field Operations to schedule technicians.
