Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years in related field, or equivalent with related discipline experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate at all levels.
• Proven track record collaborating cross-functionally and building trusted partner relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills; ability to learn FSCA IT Systems (Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer).
• Knowledge of trucking fleet maintenance industry is helpful.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and follow-through abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the follow up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until the customer unit is in custody of the repair technician.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external calls.
• Be professional and establish positive customer rapport.
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services to be performed.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians to accounts.
• Encourage customers to schedule repairs in advance to create a steady pipeline of work.
• Develop and improve Dispatching and Service Scheduling capabilities.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
