Job summary

Cox Automotive, headquartered in Indianapolis, seeks a Fleet Services Coordinator II within 160 miles of New York, NY. The role supports Cox Fleet's on-site and remote fleet maintenance services, coordinating scheduling and communications with technicians and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma/GED with 3+ years in related fields, strong Excel and data-entry skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ related field experience; alternative combos allowed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across organizational levels.
• Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams and strong relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair completion.
• Document and notation in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services to be performed.
• Schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business and maintain pipeline.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians to accounts.
