Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Fleet Client Services Specialist II to support billing processes and fleet accounts across markets. Located in New Jersey with remote-work options, you will manage follow-up maintenance transactions, document activity, and ensure timely customer communication while coordinating with field operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3 years in a related field, plus strong Excel and data-entry skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ related experience.
• The right candidate could have different combinations beyond HS diploma/ GED with up to 5 years in the field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across organization levels.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry; able to learn FSCA IT Systems and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process across markets in the area.
• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to repair completion.
• Document customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Establish positive rapport with customers and obtain approvals for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance with customers to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to dispatch technicians to accounts.
• Encourage advanced scheduling to maintain a steady work pipeline.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in dispatching and service scheduling.
• Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned.
