Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support maintenance scheduling and customer interactions for a nationwide fleet services operation. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely billing support, and coordinating with field technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, proficiency with Excel, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related field experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn Cox Fleet IT systems and related software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process in all markets in area.
• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to custody.
• Document customer contacts accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate with Field Operations.
