Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related experience, or equivalent combination.
• 3 years in a related field; alternative combos allowed per description.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building across teams.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through; able to learn Cox Fleet systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist billing processes in all markets.
• Manage maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair in control.
• Document customer contacts accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal/external calls.
• Obtain approvals for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians.
• Encourage advance scheduling to create a steady workflow.
• Develop dispatching and service scheduling capabilities; other duties as assigned.
