Cox Fleet is hiring a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support growth across on-site locations. The role emphasizes coordinating maintenance transactions, customer communications, and scheduling with field teams to ensure timely service and positive customer experiences.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED with related experience, strong communication, and solid Excel/data-entry skills. The position combines office work with in-person collaboration at a Cox location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills; ability to learn Cox Fleet IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to custody by the repair technician.
• Document customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians to accounts.
