• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills; able to learn FSCA IT Systems (Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer).
• Familiarity with trucking or fleet maintenance is helpful.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to customer custody of the repair technician.
• Document and note customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services to be performed.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to deploy the right technicians to accounts.
