Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a Senior Manager of Fleet Client Services to lead a scheduling team, optimize staffing, and drive high customer satisfaction in a regional market that includes Norfolk, Raleigh, and Charlotte. You will manage a portfolio of Fleet Maintenance clients, strengthen relationships with clients and internal teams, and align Cox Automotive products to client needs.

The role focuses on revenue growth, reducing churn, and strategic collaboration with sales and field operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years or more experience, or an equivalent combination as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling team to optimize work volumes and staffing levels for efficiency and customer service.
• Maintain positive relationships with site/market customers and internal leaders.
• Meet and exceed revenue and customer churn goals for the assigned market(s).
• Partner with national and regional Sales teams to maximize client value and opportunities.
