Fleet Services by Cox Automotive in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Fleet Client Services Specialist II to support the growth of the company. The role focuses on managing maintenance transactions from origination to technician handover and maintaining strong customer rapport.

You will document interactions in Cox Fleet IT systems, coordinate with field ops to assign technicians, and proactively schedule preventative maintenance to ensure a steady workflow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; 3 years’ related field experience or alternative combinations including an advanced degree with up to 1 year experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact across organization levels.
• Proven track record collaborating cross-functionally and building positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair authorization.
• Ensure accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Establish professional rapport with customers and partners.
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians to accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing the follow up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until the customer unit is in control/custody of the repair technician

Timely andaccuratedocumentation and notation in allCox Fleetsystemsregardingeach customer contact

Providing excellent customer service for all internal and external customer calls

Be professional andestablishpositive customer rapport

Obtain customers approval for all repairs and services to be performed

Proactively contactcustomers to schedule preventative maintenance at regular intervals, driving repeat business

Partnerand communicate consistentlywith Field Operations toschedulethe right techniciansto accounts,resulting in a positive customer experience

Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenancein advance,creating a consistent pipeline ofwork for each supported technician

Continuously develop and improve company capabilities in Dispatching and Service Scheduling

Additionalduties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years’ experience in a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

Proventrack recordto collaborate cross-functionally, build positive relationships and become a trusted partner to relevant cross functional partners.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance a variety of tasks.

Strong Excel and data entry skills, and the ability to learn new platforms (such asCox FleetIT Systems, including Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer)

Common knowledge of the trucking industry; experience with fleet maintenance or other transportation experience in automotive/trucking would bevery helpful.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
