Responsibilities

• Own the schedule and coordinate daily schedules for mobile service technicians.
• Support the field by processing parts requests and ensuring technicians have what they need.
• Provide updates on timelines, lead-times, and service expectations to customers.
• Maintain accuracy by updating customer databases with current information and service details.
• Bridge communication between customers, technicians, and department managers.
• Support accounting by providing accurate maintenance contract billing information and preparing invoices.
