Job summary

Epika Fleet Services is seeking a highly organized Account Manager to serve as the central hub for our service operations. In this role, you’ll own daily schedules for mobile technicians, support field operations, and keep customers informed with clear timelines and service expectations.

You’ll maintain accurate customer data, bridge communication between customers, technicians, and managers, and assist with maintenance contract billing and invoicing.

• Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and customer-focused.
• Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer support within the equipment, trucking, or fleet service industry (preferred).

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in scheduling, billing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the schedule - manage and coordinate daily schedules for our mobile service technicians
• Support the field - process parts requests and ensure technicians have what they need to get the job done right
• Keep customers informed - provide clear updates on timelines, lead-times, and service expectations
• Maintain accuracy - update customer databases with current information and service details
• Bridge communication - serve as the link between customers, technicians, and department managers
• Support accounting - provide accurate maintenance contract billing information and prepare service invoices
