• Bridge communication between customers, technicians, and department managers.
• Support accounting by providing accurate maintenance contract billing information and preparing invoices.

What You’ll Do

• Own the schedule - manage and coordinate daily schedules for our mobile service technicians
• Support the field - process parts requests and ensure technicians have what they need to get the job done right
• Keep customers informed - provide clear updates on timelines, lead-times, and service expectations
• Maintain accuracy - update customer databases with current information and service details
• Bridge communication - serve as the link between customers, technicians, and department managers
• Support accounting - provide accurate maintenance contract billing information and prepare service invoices
