Job summary

Pro Fleet Solutions, INC is seeking a Service Advisor to manage repair tickets from start to finish. You will draft detailed Repair Orders, coordinate with Parts and Scheduling, and communicate with customers to keep them informed. The role focuses on accuracy in approvals and billing while driving smooth workflow across teams.

This position offers hybrid work with on-site collaboration three days a week and remote flexibility two days per week, supporting billing surges and month-end needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in service writing, coordination, or billing in fleet or dealership.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of PM and repair for light/medium-duty vehicles.
• Highly organized with ability to manage high-ticket volume.
• Proficient with shop management systems (ShopMonkey or similar).

Responsibilities

• Take tickets from the Dispatcher and run them start to finish.
• Write clean, detailed Repair Orders (Customer Concern, Findings, Proposed Service).
• Partner with Parts to ensure everything’s staged and ready before the tech rolls out.
• Get approvals from leasing companies, fleet managers, or customers.
• Line up techs and deadlines with Scheduling to ensure on-time completion.
• Keep customers informed with clear, direct communication.
• Close the loop after job completion with findings, actions, and outcomes.
• Finalize billing once documentation and photos are complete.
• Own repeat or unfinished jobs until resolved and billed.
