DuraFleet Phoenix is seeking a driven, full-time Fleet Service Salesperson to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on prospecting, consultative selling, and building a robust pipeline of fleet-related clients with a flexible schedule and real earning potential.

Responsibilities include cold outreach, onboarding coordination, and maintaining CRM records while striving to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new fleet services clients through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client fleet needs and recommend solutions
• Manage and grow a pipeline of B2B fleet accounts in the Phoenix metro area
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity in CRM software
• Collaborate with the fleet services team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks
