Job summary

Ford Pro is seeking a Fleet Success Analyst to join our global team in the United States. You will coordinate title and registration requests, onboard customers to our product services, and train users on platform features to drive fleet productivity.

The role emphasizes client relationship building, cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams, and data-driven insights to improve customer outcomes. A strong background in fleet management and MS Excel is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5+ years in fleet management.
• 4–5+ years in US title/registration experience.
• Experience selling to dealers or fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work without predefined responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Self-starter who can develop solutions in evolving areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support title & registration requests.
• Onboard customers on product services and provide initial training.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other products.
• Assist customers in maximizing value and train on unused features.
• Provide insights to management on usage and feedback.
• Escalate customer concerns and track resolutions.
• Support sales efforts and marketing material development.
• Process title/registration, vehicle moves, and billing.
