Job summary

AAA Northeast seeks an experienced Fleet Operations Leader to supervise daily roadside service delivery across Fleet facilities. You will coach assistant managers and Fleet Supervisors, drive sales performance, and ensure staffing, training, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will partner with Human Resources on performance and salary actions, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Managing Director, Fleet Operations to meet yearly sales and service goals, while upholding

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the function and staff, ensuring proper staffing and training with a focus on development and bench strength.
• Oversees scheduling, overtime approvals, and cost-efficient service delivery.
• Manages safety, compliance with DOT/OSHA and club guidelines, and vendor relationships.
• Partners with Human Resources on performance management and salary actions.
• Drives fleet operations across regions, ensuring service levels and customer/member satisfaction.
• Mentors assistant managers and fleet supervisors to meet sales and service goals.
