Qualifications

• Supervise fleet drivers and monitor day-to-day activities.
• Conduct interviews, hiring recommendations, and performance evaluations.
• Identify training needs and reinforce safety and policy compliance.
• Ensure adherence to club policies and service standards.
• Coordinate scheduling to cover demand and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activity of Fleet drivers, monitoring service delivery and driver performance.
• Delivers new-hire and refresher training, focusing on policies, safety, and service quality.
• Resolves service or member problems, ensuring satisfaction and safety, and communicates with management.
• Performs daily vehicle and uniform checks and reviews driver logs for compliance.
• Investigates driver injuries and contributes to prevention efforts with Safety Manager.
• Conducts periodic inventory checks and informs mgmt of reorder needs.
• Responds to road service calls to provide mechanical assistance as needed.
• Opens/closes the Fleet Operations Center and ensures security.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
