Job summary

AAA Northeast in East Providence, RI, seeks an Operations Supervisor for Fleet to oversee daily activity of drivers, monitor service demand, and ensure world‑class service while enforcing safety procedures.

You will interview and hire, identify training needs, deliver onboarding, coach drivers, review schedules and overtime, inspect vehicles, document incidents, and coordinate with the Safety Manager. This role includes a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree or 3-4 years of additional relevant work experience.
• Active and valid driver’s license issued by one state or jurisdiction.
• DOT card required pre-hire and as current employee within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activity of Fleet drivers and monitor service demand.
• Interview, hire recommendations, and evaluate staff performance.
• Train drivers on policies, safety, and operations; ensure policy adherence.
