Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to ensure smooth fleet operations by managing inventories, coordinating repairs, and preparing vehicles for rental and disposal.

You will assist the Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, and purchase orders while keeping detailed records and inventory up to date. A data-driven approach and strong teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with data-driven insights for fleet operations.
• Strong organizational ability for fleet inventory, repairs, and documentation.
• Team player capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders to deliver results.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, with some travel (5–10%).
• Willing to wear a company uniform; speaking other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations via daily inventory checks and coordinating repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, and driver coordination.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with proper documentation and inventory tagging.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, including condition reports and repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, and planning for future fleet needs.
