Sixt-US is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to manage fleet operations, repairs, and daily workflows. You will oversee inventory, coordinate with dealerships and body shops, and help prepare vehicles for rental and disposal, ensuring accuracy and readiness for customers.

The role offers flexible hours and growth opportunities, with a starting hourly rate of $25.75 and 40-hour work weeks, potentially involving travel.

Competenze

Analytical abilities with data-driven insights to improve fleet operations.
Organizational skills to manage fleet inventory, repairs, work orders and documentation.
Team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
Excellent communication to coordinate with stakeholders and deliver results.
Willing to work 40 hours/week, including day/evening shifts, with 5–10% travel.
Willing to wear a company uniform; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Mansioni

Ensure seamless fleet operations with daily inventory checks and vehicle availability.
Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs and repairs estimates.
Assist Fleet Manager in maintenance scheduling, PO generation, and driver coordination.
Prepare vehicles for rental, add documentation, decals, tags, and inventory entry.
Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, complete condition reports and coordinate repairs.
