Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to manage repairs, oversee work orders, and coordinate daily fleet operations. You’ll prepare vehicles for rental and ensure inventory accuracy while supporting fleet planning and vendor coordination.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent communication, and willingness to travel up to 10% with flexible hours. Uniforms and multilingual ability are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability, coordinating with dealerships and body shops for repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, purchase orders, and driver coordination to keep the fleet running.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, add documentation, decals, and tags, and ensure inventory system updates.
• Oversee vehicle disposal preparation, complete condition reports, verify equipment, and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, track vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future fleet demand.
