Job summary

SIXT USA is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to manage daily fleet operations, inventories, and repairs. You will coordinate with dealerships and body shops to keep vehicles ready for rental, and assist in maintenance scheduling and purchase orders.

You’ll prepare new vehicles for rental and oversee disposal prep while tracking activities and future demand. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, organization, and strong communication with stakeholders, with 40-hour weeks, day/evening

• Highly organized with inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation management.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders to deliver results.
• Willing to work 40 hours per week, flexible day/evening shifts, 5–10% travel.
• Willing to wear a company uniform; language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations with daily inventory checks and coordinating with dealerships/body shops for repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager in maintenance scheduling, obtaining estimates, issuing purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental including documentation, decals, and tags, and add to inventory system.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal with condition reports and repairs coordination.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and planning for future fleet demand.
