Job summary

Sixt US is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to manage the daily running of our fleet, including repairs, work orders, and inventory ready for rental. You will support the Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, and purchase orders while coordinating with dealers and shops to keep our fleet in top condition.

You will prepare new vehicles for rental and assist with disposal processes, ensuring proper documentation and inventory updates.

Qualifications

Analytical skills to deliver data-driven insights and reporting.
Highly organized with responsibility for fleet inventory, repairs, and documentation.
Team player able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication with stakeholders to deliver results.
Willing to work 40 hours/week, day/evening shifts, and travel 5–10%.
Willing to wear a company uniform and language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure seamless fleet operations with daily inventory checks and vehicle availability.
Coordinate repairs with dealerships and body shops for timely service.
Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, and issuing purchase orders.
Prepare vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and inventory updates.
Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, reports, and repairs.
