Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, and coordinate with dealers and body shops for repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and coordinating drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and tagging in the inventory system.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal via condition reports, equipment checks, and repairs coordination.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and plan for future fleet demand.
