Job summary

SIXT Fleet is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to ensure smooth operations and readiness of our rental fleet. You will manage repairs, oversee work orders, and coordinate daily fleet activities to keep vehicles available for action.

You will apply strong analytical and organizational skills to optimize inventory, schedules, and communications with dealerships and body shops. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Analytical abilities to deliver data-driven insights for fleet operations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage fleet inventory and schedules.
• Team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders to deliver results.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week; travel up to 10%.
• Willing to wear a uniform; language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage repairs, oversee work orders, and coordinate daily fleet activities.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, including documentation and inventory entry.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal, including condition reports.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, and maintenance planning.
• Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
