Sixt-US is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to manage daily fleet operations, inventory checks, repairs coordination, and driver scheduling. You’ll work with dealerships and body shops to keep vehicles ready for rental, and support the Fleet Manager with maintenance estimates and purchase orders.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills, able to collaborate across teams, and comfortable with 40-hour weeks, occasional travel, and a uniform.

Competenze

• Experience in fleet operations or logistics.
• Ability to manage repairs, work orders, and inventory.
• Strong data-driven reporting and analysis.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Mansioni

• Ensure seamless fleet operations by performing daily inventory checks, managing vehicle availability, and coordinating with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
• Assist the Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers to keep our fleet running smoothly.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, handling documentation, decals, and tags, and adding them to our inventory system.
• Oversee the preparation of vehicles for disposal, completing condition reports, verifying equipment, and coordinating necessary repairs.
• Monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and planning for future fleet demand.
