Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in transportation/trucking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Manages drivers to meet Hogan expectations and client needs.
• Addresses driver performance issues through coaching and discipline.
• Interviews prospective drivers and makes hiring recommendations.
• Performs 30- and 60-day driver reviews.
• Coaches and trains drivers on safety and customer service.
• Coordinates services to maximize profits and schedule drivers accordingly.
• Directs drivers to locations based on customer requests and needs.
• Monitors driver performance and daily activities.
• Prepares and reviews daily run schedules.
• Communicates traffic, weather, and hazards; creates contingency plans.
• Manages fleet for on-time pickups, routing, and cost control.
• Ensures safety compliance and training across drivers.
• Ensures payroll accuracy for drivers.
• Daily interaction with drivers to resolve questions and ensure loads are delivered on time.
• Works to reduce turnover and promote workforce longevity.
