• Coach and discipline performance issues as needed.
• Interview and hire drivers; participate in 30/60-day reviews.
• Schedule routes and daily work plans to maximize profits.
• Ensure safety compliance and accurate driver payroll.
• Coordinate with customers to provide high-quality service.
