Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; an Associate degree is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in transportation or trucking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead drivers assigned to a customer account and ensure safe, on-time deliveries.
• Coach drivers and address performance issues through coaching and discipline as needed.
• Interview prospective drivers and participate in hiring decisions.
• Schedule and monitor daily work and run plans.
• Coordinate schedules and routes to maximize client satisfaction and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws and company policies.
• Monitor driver performance, provide feedback, and resolve issues with customers.
• Maintain a safe working environment and contact drivers daily for updates.
