Job summary

Tower Mobility LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support the Fleet Department by managing administrative, compliance, and coordination tasks to keep company vehicles operable, documented, and compliant.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on collaboration with vendors and internal teams. You will help track maintenance, registrations, and fleet records while supporting daily fleet operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections with external vendors and track repair progress.
• Handle DMV-related tasks including vehicle registration and title processing.
• Manage parts inventory, order and receive parts, and upload invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet documentation, repairs, and administrative transactions.
• Assist with vehicle logistics, including pickup/delivery to shops or vendors.
