Job summary

ARCO Companies seeks a detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to support day-to-day fleet operations. You will coordinate vehicle onboarding, assignments, and fleet system setup while maintaining accurate records. You will administer fuel and rental programs, assisting associates with routine questions and liaising with HR, Accounting, Payroll, and onboarding teams to ensure accuracy.

The role offers exposure to vehicle management, vendor coordination, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in fleet, operations, administration, customer service, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through completion.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle onboarding for new associates, including fleet system setup and vehicle assignments.
• Maintain accurate vehicle and associate assignment information in the fleet management system.
• Administer fuel card and rental car program enrollment and assist associates with questions.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, Payroll, and onboarding teams to ensure fleet data accuracy.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, decals, registrations, plates, and recalls.
