Job summary

Master's Transportation is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support the efficient operation and readiness of our rental fleet, including shuttle buses and vans. You will coordinate maintenance status, track unit availability, and prepare documentation for timely billing and internal communication, working closely with the Branch Manager and service providers.

This full-time role offers a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with work location that varies by assignment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior fleet coordination or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and authorize repairs with vendors.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient fleet operation.
• Track fleet maintenance completion per maintenance intervals.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Prepare paperwork and deliver to accounting for timely invoicing.
• Ensure customers are rebilled for excess mileage, fuel fees, and damages.
• Maintain fleet readiness by daily communication with service providers.
• Update tracking spreadsheets and unit calendar.
• Attend company meetings and contribute to team goals.
