Job summary

Masters Transportation is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Fontana, CA to support the efficient operation of the rental fleet including shuttle buses and vans. You will coordinate fleet availability, track maintenance, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and ensure accurate records for timely billing, working closely with the Branch Manager and service providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Preferred: prior fleet coordination or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet operations and maintenance status with internal teams and vendors.
• Track unit availability and maintenance intervals to ensure readiness.
• Prepare paperwork and deliver to accounting for timely invoicing and billing updates.
• Rebill customers for excess mileage, fuel, cleaning fees, damages and delivery charges.
• Maintain fleet records and calendars; update spreadsheets and calendars daily.
