Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Fleet Administrator to manage the vehicle fleet program, maintaining precise records for vehicles, drivers, and insurance while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will update the fleet tracking system, coordinate assignments, schedule maintenance, and generate utilization reports to support cost management. A high school diploma and 2 years of experience are required, with strong MS Office skills and customer service mindset.

• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains fleet tracking system with vehicle inventory, drivers and insurance.
• Schedules vehicle assignments and coordinates deliveries, transfers, or pick-ups between locations.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance.
• Coordinates lease management and plans vehicle assignments based on demand and availability.
• Supports insurance administration and reports incidents, damages and related costs.
• Processes, tracks and reports fleet expenses and utilization metrics.
