SIXT, operating at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, seeks a Fleet Support Administrator to ensure smooth fleet operations, manage inventory, coordinate repairs, and prepare vehicles for rental or disposal. You will collaborate with dealerships and body shops, track maintenance schedules, and support data-driven decisions to optimize availability and performance.

Experience in fleet management and business analysis.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, and coordinate repairs with dealers and body shops.
Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, purchase orders, and driver organization.
Prepare new vehicles for rental: add documentation, decals, and tags, update inventory system.
Oversee disposal prep: complete condition reports, verify equipment, coordinate repairs.
Monitor shifts, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and forecast future fleet demand.
