Job summary

SIXT in Los Angeles is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to keep operations running smoothly. You will manage repairs, track work orders, and coordinate with dealers and body shops to ensure vehicles are ready for rental.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, inventory control, and collaboration with the Fleet Manager to schedule maintenance, prepare new vehicles, and monitor fleet availability.

Qualifications

• Analytical abilities with data-driven insights to improve fleet operations.
• Highly organized with fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders and documentation.
• Collaborative team player able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders and deliver results.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week, some travel (5-10%), occasional travel by air.
• Willing to wear a company uniform; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability.
• Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling and PO generation.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, add documentation, decals, and tags.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, with condition reports and repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, and future fleet demand planning.
