Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator at Minneapolis Airport to ensure smooth fleet operations and readiness of vehicles for rental. You will manage daily inventory, coordinate repairs with dealers and body shops, and assist in scheduling maintenance and processing orders.

You’ll also prep vehicles for rental and disposal while tracking performance and downtime. The role offers full-time hours, travel if needed, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability.
• Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, and PO generation.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and tags.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, including condition reports and repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, and future fleet planning.
