SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator in San Diego to manage daily fleet operations, repairs, and inventory. You will support the Fleet Manager, coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs, and ensure vehicles are rental-ready with proper documentation and tagging.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with travel up to 5-10% and a starting salary of $23.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability, coordinating with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and tags; ensure proper entry into inventory system.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, complete condition reports, verify equipment, and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities: vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and planning for future fleet demand.
