Job summary

SIXT in San Francisco is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to ensure smooth fleet operations, manage repairs, oversee work orders, and prepare vehicles for rental.

You will coordinate with dealerships and body shops, monitor shifts, track vehicle movements, and support the Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, and inventory controls. The role offers flexible hours, growth opportunities, and a starting wage of $31.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and coordinate vehicle availability with dealers and body shops.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, cost estimates, PO creation, and driver organization.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental including docs, decals, tags, and inventory updates.
• Oversee disposal prep with condition reports, equipment checks, and repairs coordination.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future fleet demand planning.
