Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to drive smooth fleet operations. You will manage repairs, work orders, and daily scheduling to keep our vehicles rental-ready. You’ll generate estimates, issue purchase orders, and coordinate drivers to maintain an efficient fleet.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to deliver data-driven insights for fleet operations.
• Highly organized to manage fleet inventory, repairs, work orders and documentation.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Strong communication to coordinate with stakeholders and drive results.
• 40 hours per week; day/evening shifts; travel 5–10%.
• Willing to wear a company uniform; multilingual ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage repairs, oversee work orders, and coordinate day-to-day fleet operations.
• Assist Fleet Manager with scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, and purchasing.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and inventory entry.
• Oversee vehicle disposal prep, condition reports, and repair coordination.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and demand planning.
